I am the current President and one of the founding organizers of BIG Networking, a local business networking organization. I am also the owner of Fireflight Wellness, a holistic health and fitness company, and am the Executive Director and Founder of Charity’s Foundation for Balance, a non-profit created for community wellness. as well as the 2025 President of the Greater Montrose Chamber of Commerce. I am passionate about creating healthier communities, not just physically, but mentally, financially and socially as well. Being a part of BIG allows me to serve my community and give back alongside my fellow business leaders, and I look forward to all we can accomplish together!

I'm Ryan, owner and founder of Frontline Marketing. I started this business after working with numerous small businesses for over a decade. I work with business owners who are eager to thrive and grow, and I’m passionate about helping them achieve their goals. As a US Army veteran, I bring a disciplined, results-driven approach to every project. I'm a proud Christian, Colorado native, husband, and father of five, committed to the values of hard work and community. I’m excited to work alongside you to drive your business forward.

Sarah Hauser is an occupational therapist and the owner of Bloom2Function, a mobile occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and young adults with special needs. She is passionate about helping individuals build functional skills that promote independence and confidence in everyday life. Outside of her clinical work, Sarah coaches Special Olympics Powerlifting and volunteers at the local animal shelter. She loves networking and strongly believes that meaningful business connections are essential for growth, collaboration, and community impact.
