Chris is the current President and one of the founding organizers of BIG Networking, a local business networking organization. She is also the owner of Fireflight Wellness, a holistic health and fitness company, and is the Executive Director and Founder of Charity’s Foundation for Balance, a non-profit created for community wellness. as well as the 2025 President of the Greater Montrose Chamber of Commerce. Chris is passionate about creating healthier communities, not just physically, but mentally, financially and socially as well. Being a part of BIG allows her to serve the community and give back alongside fellow business leaders.

Ryan is the owner and founder of Frontline Marketing. He started this business after working with numerous small businesses for over a decade. He works with business owners who are eager to thrive and grow, and is passionate about helping them achieve their goals. As a US Army veteran, he brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every project. He is a proud Christian, Colorado native, husband, and father of five, committed to the values of hard work and community.

Sarah Hauser is an occupational therapist and the owner of Bloom2Function, a mobile occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and young adults with special needs. She is passionate about helping individuals build functional skills that promote independence and confidence in everyday life. Outside of her clinical work, Sarah coaches Special Olympics Powerlifting and volunteers at the local animal shelter. She loves networking and strongly believes that meaningful business connections are essential for growth, collaboration, and community impact.

Don Martin, the Montrose Branch Manager for United Country Real Colorado Properties, has been a Realtor with over ten years of experience. He has sold homes and businesses all over Western CO, from Grand Junction to Telluride.  As a real estate auction specialist, Don helps clients get top dollar when they are selling and save money when they are buying.  He is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and finding the right property. With over a decade of experience in the home improvement industry, Don Martin can see the potential of any property and is here to help you see it, too! Don is proud to have developed his "The Chosen Path" scholarship program. Don also volunteers his Auctioneer services to local charities and nonprofits.

Cindee Williams is a leadership coach, speaker, and business owner with over 35 years of experience. She is a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and DISC Consultant who helps individuals and small business owners grow in confidence, communication, and leadership. She is the founder of LEAD My Life, a coaching platform supporting women stepping into leadership in life and business. Cindee also partners with her husband in their health insurance practice, providing Aflac, ACA, and Medicare solutions. She previously served as President of the Downtown Murrieta Merchants Association and Mentorship Chair for the Professional Women’s Roundtable. Cindee loves helping people grow, build meaningful connections, and step into the next season of their life and business with confidence.

Chuck Youmans is a fun, honest, and bold man. He is the Community Relations Manager with Mosaic in Western Colorado and Is passionate about supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities along their life journey. He lives in Grand Junction where he was born and raised with his lovely wife Pam.  He is the Palisade Chamber of Commerce Treasurer, the incoming District Governor for Western Colorado Lions, and a published author. Chuck loves listening to peoples stories and helping them find community.
