Chris is the current President and one of the founding organizers of BIG Networking, a vital part of the Montrose business community that focuses on business networking. She is also the owner of Fireflight Wellness, a holistic health and fitness company, and serves as the Executive Director and Founder of Charity’s Foundation for Balance, a non-profit dedicated to community wellness. Additionally, she is set to be the 2025 President of the Greater Montrose Chamber of Commerce. Chris is passionate about fostering healthier communities in every aspect—physically, mentally, financially, and socially. Being involved with BIG allows her to serve the community and give back alongside fellow business leaders.

Sarah Hauser is an occupational therapist and the owner of Bloom2Function, a mobile occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and young adults with special needs. She is passionate about helping individuals build functional skills that promote independence and confidence in everyday life. Outside of her clinical work, Sarah actively engages in business networking by coaching Special Olympics Powerlifting and volunteering at the local animal shelter. She believes that fostering connections within the Montrose business community is essential for enhancing community wellness and creating a meaningful impact.

My name is Alyssa Palecki, the Treasurer for Business Intentionally Grown, also known as BIG. By day, I’m a banker who helps clients navigate their personal and business finances, and by night, I’m usually writing, reading, or spending time with my fiancé and our pets. I have really enjoyed being part of this business networking group—it’s been a fantastic way to share ideas, connect, and support each other’s goals within the Montrose business community while promoting community wellness.

Don Martin, the Montrose Branch Manager for United Country Real Colorado Properties, is a Realtor with over ten years of experience serving the Montrose business community. He has successfully sold homes and businesses across Western CO, from Grand Junction to Telluride. As a real estate auction specialist, Don helps clients maximize their returns when selling and save money when buying, contributing to community wellness through his efforts. He is dedicated to understanding your unique needs and finding the perfect property for you. With over a decade of experience in the home improvement industry, Don Martin can see the potential of any property and is here to help you recognize it, too! Additionally, Don is proud to have developed his "The Chosen Path" scholarship program and actively volunteers his auctioneer services to local charities and nonprofits, fostering strong business networking within the community.

Cindee Williams is a leadership coach, speaker, and business owner with over 35 years of experience. As a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and DISC Consultant, she focuses on helping individuals and small business owners in the Montrose business community grow in confidence, communication, and leadership. Cindee is the founder of LEAD My Life, a coaching platform that supports women stepping into leadership roles in life and business. Additionally, she partners with her husband in their health insurance practice, providing Aflac, ACA, and Medicare solutions, contributing to community wellness. Her previous roles include serving as President of the Downtown Murrieta Merchants Association and Mentorship Chair for the Professional Women’s Roundtable. Cindee is passionate about helping people grow, build meaningful connections, and confidently step into the next season of their life and business.

Chuck Youmans is a fun, honest, and bold man who plays a vital role in the Montrose business community as the Community Relations Manager with Mosaic in Western Colorado. He is passionate about supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities along their life journey, contributing to community wellness. Born and raised in Grand Junction, he lives there with his lovely wife Pam. Chuck also serves as the Treasurer for the Palisade Chamber of Commerce and is the incoming District Governor for Western Colorado Lions. As a published author, he loves listening to people's stories and helping them engage in business networking to find a sense of community.

Gray is the owner of Robinson Jade Bookkeeping. He started his business to offer affordable financial understanding to the people that truly need it, contributing to community wellness. He works with all types of businesses, from start-ups to established enterprises within the Montrose business community. As an Arkansas farm boy, he believes in helping everyone through education and fostering strong business networking.
